“The overnight bus is simply that. Public transportation from 2 bus stations. This was not explained. We thought it was part of the tour. We were dropped off at the bus station in Cusco and finally found the bus to Puno. We weren’t told we needed our own blankets until the day of the trip. When we arrived in Puno at the bus station someone did come to pick us up and brought us to a hostel where we were able to use the bathroom and change our clothes. We also had breakfast. We finally heard from the tour company and were picked up and brought to the boat dock…”
