“Enjoyed seeing the mountains and lake. El Yeso tkts were NOT included as stated. Also we did not go to the Tunel Ferraviorio del Tinoco as listed. We stopped for lunch and you had no choice but to purchase something as there was no place to sit unless you were at one of their tables. Driver got a kickback from the restaurant i'm sure. Same with the Chocolate factory. They picked up over an hour before the tickets stated at 555am. Too early.”

I could see it do this from where i waited. It was 17:40. Ten minutes later a second bus approach stop #6 where I stood waiting. I watched as it also abandoned the route and drove off down Compañía de Jesús. Another ten minutes passed and 18:00 arrived. All of this activity could be observed in the app in real time. I took screen shots. The service I paid 45USD for is supposed to run to…”

“Tour was great. Good amount of time spent at each stop with a great tour guide Jhoded. I do have to criticize that the place they drove us to for lunch was not fancy or even adequate & the food was less than fair & very overpriced in comparison with all the restaurants we visited on our vacation. The tour company is definitely getting a kickback from this restaurant.”

The fresh and affordable ceviche at the fish market in Vina Del Mar was delicious, and I'd go back again just for that. Walking around Valparaiso and seeing all the colorful buildings and street art was also enjoyable. I'm glad I got to visit Valpo even if it was just for a day trip. And our group was great too. That can really make or break…”
