Start before dawn with pickup in San Pedro de Atacama, then ride a 4WD jeep to the Salar de Atacama. After coffee, a safety briefing, and balloon inflation, fly for about an hour above the desert with views toward Licancabur, Moon Valley, Death Valley, and the Andes.
